Part 1: The first section of this course covers the benefits of using small groups, creating small groups, highly capable children, low achievers, and ESL students. Part 2: The second portion of the course will cover implementing small groups, planning, preparing the group, and developmentally appropriate practice. Part 3: This last portion of the training covers creating structure in the classroom and provide participants with an opportunity to reflect on the information learned in this course. Assessment: There are quizzes throughout the training to gauge students learning throughout. There is a pre-assessment at the beginning of the course that matches up with the end of course quiz as well. There are worksheet questions throughout the course that relate to the objectives and are reviewed by a trainer before a certificate is issued.
