Part 1: In the first section of the training we look at qualities of a child care professional and workplace etiquette. Part 2: The next section of the training discusses interactions with coworkers and staff, relationships with families, and creating a welcoming environment. We will also look at professionalism through technology such as email communications and social media interactions. Part 3: The final section of the training will look at stress in the workplace and ways to remain positive through self-care. Assessment: Our courses provide multiple points of assessment that include discussion boards with prompted questions and interaction with trainers and other providers. We also include open-ended questions reviewed by trainers and multiple choice quizzes with a required passing score of at least 80% or higher.
