Leading staff in an early childhood program is complex, demanding and requires many different skill sets. This course will give you the tools to grow personally in leading others to high quality care of young children and families. Summary – This section is reading that will touch base upon topics mentioned throughout the course. End of Lesson Test – This section is a test that can be retaken as many times as needed to pass for 70% or better before finishing the course. Assessment: There are quizzes throughout the training to gauge students learning throughout. There is a pre-assessment at the beginning of the course that matches up with the end of course quiz as well.
