In the field of early childhood education, we desperately need to change how we place early childhood professionals into administrator roles. In this workshop, we will discuss tools and strategies that can be put in place in individual programs to support educators who want to pursue leadership roles. During this workshop participants will: - Identify the role of mentors. - Examine the keys to mentorship. - Develop a plan for mentoring early childhood professionals who are seeking leadership roles.
