Having an open line of communication between school and home is essential when building relationships. Avoiding difficult conversations harms this relationship, and it also does a disservice to the young children in our care. In this workshop, participants will gain the skills necessary to have difficult conversations. During this workshop participants will: - Recognize their communication strengths in struggles in order to create a plan for growth. - Develop tools and strategies for effective communication with parents and guardians
