WELCOME to Building Strong Brains: Tennessee’s ACEs Initiative and CONGRATULATIONS on your choice to enter the profession of Early Childhood Education! This is just the start of the training that you will need to become an early childhood professional. This pre-service training has been designed for individuals who will be working in a licensed child care facility. We LOVE our children and want to keep them safe and healthy in an environment that promotes learning and positive relationships.
