Part 1: In the first section of the training we explore who Ezra Jack Keats was and his life and writings. Part 2: The next section of the training explores self-expression through his works, early self-expression, ways to support self-expression and teaching appreciation for diversity. Part 3: The final section of the training will include lesson plans to support Ezra Jack Keats books. Assessment: Our courses provide multiple points of assessment that include discussion boards with prompted questions and interaction with trainers and other providers. We also include open-ended questions reviewed by trainers and multiple choice quizzes with a required passing score of at least 80% or higher
