Part 1: In the first section of the training we will look at the Read Across America program, who Dr. Seuss was, and some fun ideas to incorporate in the classroom including snack ideas and classroom decor. Part 2: The next section of the training provides ways to foster skills using Dr. Seuss books including life lessons, supporting early literacy, and using Dr. Seuss for read-alouds. Part 3: The final section of the training will provide lesson planning ideas relevant to the topic.
