Did you know that the brain processes auditory input faster than visual input? When we have the space to truly listen, without an abundance of background noise, our brains prioritize what we tune in to and reward paying attention through dopamine release. When the level of auditory input is out of our control, the sounds we hear become noise that distracts the brain, and we lose focus. During this workshop session, we will learn how to create the optimal learning environment that supports brain development.
