During this 2-hour training, participants are introduced to the collaborative leadership style. Through individual reflection, partner exercises, and group discussions, participants are able to recognize the four key characteristics of this particular leadership style, explore five strategies to implement collaborative leadership practices in the workplace, and create a personal action plan. A key component of delivery for this training is the combined use of discussion-based activities, short lectures about key content areas, and individual reflection to explore and process these strategies and concepts.
