The Early Care and Education Empowerment Toolkit (ECEET) is a resource that will support communities. It is designed to enhance the quality of the environment wherever you are serving children. This toolkit fits all childhood learning environments, Family Child Care Homes (FCCH), Child Care Centers, Head Start classrooms, and public preschool, and after-school programs. In addition to the early childhood education supports, ECEET is a resource that will support the empowerment of women through career development and business administration. We have integrated learning and resources to support women in their roles as mothers and caregivers, economic empowerment, women's health matters, and household decision-making.
