School Directors continually experience change as a core aspect of their roles. In this course, participants will gain an introductory understanding of the Prosci ADKAR model for managing change and of each stage within it—Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement. Participants will also apply it to real-life scenarios in early childhood programs. Through practical examples and case studies, opportunities for fostering positive school culture within early childhood schools will be shared.
