School Directors continually experience change as a core aspect of their roles. In this course, participants will gain an introductory understanding of a general change management framework, including key stages of preparation, planning, implementation, reviewing and sustaining change. Participants will practice applying change management framework to real-life scenarios in early childhood programs. Through practical examples and case studies, opportunities for fostering a positive school culture through effective change management within early childhood settings will be shared.
