Summary
The signs of stress and sadness can differ from child to child, based on their reactions to changes in their routines and everyday lives. It is important that we as caregivers understand how children display anxiety and depress so that we can address the signs before they impact children’s learning and development. We created this course for teachers and providers to understand children’s mental health and how stress manifests in children as well as identify the indicators of anxiety and depression in young children.
