Summary
The training will combine information from my experience as a coach/trainer along with a variety of models promoting positive social interactions, social emotional learning, and classroom management techniques. Sources include: Pyramid Model, Creative Curriculum, and Teachstone CLASS. These combined with my experience as a coach will inform the PD delivery and coaching processes. Our goal is to create a classroom that is child-centered, with opportunities to improve social emotional learning, social negotiation skills, and classroom behavior, impacting students from varying backgrounds.
