The reasons why we seek to learn can be because a number of reasons; this is why you as the trainer must understand how to address adults’ unique perspectives for the successful transfer of learning. We developed this course for professionals to understand how to be open to other perspectives and the principles of adult learning and their learning styles, as well as identify ways to train teachers with challenging personalities.
