This training will be a 2hr in person training. This training was developed to help teachers understand how to incorporate diversity into the classroom. This training will show teachers how to teach with the intent of introducing strategies to help build a buffer against bias. The will also help teachers recognize their own bias. The training will show teachers how to promote differences in their classrooms through activities, materials, books, and learning more diverse teaching methods.
