The vast majority of children will be faced with some type of trauma – if not in early childhood, then later in their lives. The Creating a Trauma-Informed Classroom Badge Path brings together four of Quorum’s courses that build knowledge around creating classrooms attuned to the unique needs that children who have been impacted by trauma bring to school. This Learning Path includes four courses –Trauma-Informed Practices, Self-Care for Educators, Creating Positive Connections, and A Beginner’s Guide to Resilience. Teachers will apply their learning as they set goals, reflect on practices, and implement a special project.
