In this training, you will learn to identify situations that may become or have become a conflict situation and how to appropriately respond to conflict in the childcare workplace. Conflict is a natural element of human communications, especially in an environment when teachers and staff spend a great deal of time in close quarters. It can cause undue stress and, in some instances, is used as a form of bullying. This course will provide strategies for how to respond to potential conflict and manage existing conflict.
