Considerations on Culture in the Classroom is designed to be delivered Face-to-Face, to child care agency staff, by a child care director or experienced supervisor. The instruction, handouts, and required links for this training is being made available online for child care agency directors/supervisors to download and deliver at sites. The purpose of the training is for participants to increase their understanding of culture and it is importance to children in the classroom. This session will also help participants become aware of personal bias and find ways to include elements of culture into their teaching.
