Confidentiality and Ethics in Child Care is designed to be delivered Face-to-Face, to child care agency staff, by a child care director or experienced supervisor. The instruction, handouts, and required links for this training is being made available online for child care agency directors/supervisors to download and deliver at sites. The purpose of the training is to help staff understand the importance and complex nature of confidentiality and ethical in child care. Through review and facilitated discussion of various scenarios, participants explore ways to maintain confidentiality, set appropriate boundaries, and reduce risk by behaving ethically and professionally.
