This is a training to teach childcare providers in the CACFP program how to write a standardized recipe for use in their facility. Activities include lecture on what is required in a standardized recipe, benefits of using a standardized recipe and going through step-by-step the process of writing a standardized recipe. This delivery is designed to be presented online via webinar, but can be adjusted to be used for small groups. handouts will include a standardized recipe template and posters that include information for recipe abbreviations, measurements, and serving foods.
