Summary
The Pyramid Model Practices in Part C training supports the implementation of the Pyramid Model within programs providing early intervention services through family coaching. The training is divided into 10 modules linked to the Early Interventionist Pyramid Practices Fidelity Instrument (EIPPFI), a tool used to assess the implementation of Pyramid Model Practices by early interventionists in the coaching of caregivers. EIPPFI practices are aligned with the Division of Early Childhood Recommended Practices and the Principles of Early Intervention. Participants have the opportunity to complete a self-assessment called the Early Intervention Implementation Checklist during different parts of the training to determine their current implementation of Pyramid Model in their early intervention work.
