LENA Grow is a research-based 12 week professional development program for infant, toddler, and pre-k teachers. Measuring the most predictive elements of child outcomes, LENA Grow helps you gain the skills to measurably improve classroom quality by boosting interactions. The program couples LENA’s “talk pedometer” technology with reference materials, videos, and weekly individualized coaching sessions. During each coaching session, teachers review reports and learn tips to increase talk during their normal daily routines.
