Program-Wide Pyramid Model Leadership Team Implementation Training is an initial training designed for early childhood program's leadership that are planning to implement the Pyramid Model for Supporting Social Emotional Competence in Infants and Young Children (Pyramid Model). The foundation of the training is built on the Early Childhood Program-Wide PBS Benchmarks of Quality (BOQ) The BOQ is a tool used by the Program Leadership Team to assess their status in the implementation of the elements needed to support implementation and scale-up of targeted practices. The BOQ are used to assess initial status, plan activities, and monitor progress through all stages of implementation. \
