Part 1: In the first section of the training we explore the facts about staff overturn, contributing factors to this, work environment, motivation, and helpful ways to maintain staff. Part 2: The next section of the training looks at motivation tools to be used including incentives, a flexible environment, adequate professional development, advancement opportunities, stability, fulfillment, and some motivation tools and tips to use. Part 3: The final section of the training provides participants the opportunity to reflect on their own motivating factors and experiences in the field.
