Part 1: In the first section of the training we will look at what are some roadmaps for success, the building blocks of successful teams, why strong teams are important, and what some habits are of a strong team. Part 2: The next section of the training will provide participants with the elements of a team including the team-building elements, mission or vision statements and how to build those, and participants will use a team building worksheet to practice preparing their own. Part 3: The final section of the training looks at the addition of new staff members, respectful communication and how to implement it, as well as how to acknowledge and work through conflicts.
