Part 1: In the first section of the training will cover the basics of bullying, what bullying is, types of bullying, when and where bullying may occur, what makes a child bully, and identifying bullying. Part 2: The next section of the training looks at bullying and childhood development, recognizing the difference between bullying and developmentally appropriate behavior, gender and bullying, and the importance of observation. We will also look at positive supports for children 0-5 years old, and positive support for victims of bullying. Part 3: The final section of the training includes lesson plans to support friendship, soothing children and other ways to support children in the classroom.
