Part 1: In the first section of the training we will look at factors that influence behavior and the positive behavior model. We will also explore concepts including environmental factors and influences. Part 2: The next section of the training provides an overview of developing social behaviors and positive social characteristics including empathy, communication skills, self-regulation, and following rules. We will also explore the ability to control the environment and was to help children foster positive social behaviors. Part 3: The final section of the training will include information about communication and interactions with winning ways to talk to children, strategies to use, how to foster a respectful child-teacher relationship and some common guidance styles.
