Part 1: In the first section of the training we will introduce developmentally appropriate practice and the 5 key areas of early learning practices. Part 2: The next section of the training will look at curriculum in the early childhood classroom and the different types of learning styles. We will also discuss the different types of learners, diversity and planning activities, understanding individual learning styles, visual and auditory learning, and attention. Part 3: The final section of the training will look at temperament, factors that affect a child's temperament, and ways to influence temperament. We will also look at the importance of treating children respectfully, individual circumstances to consider, self-identity, and promoting diversity in the classroom.
