Part 1: In the first section of the training looks at communication and interactions with children, our beliefs, and positive communication. Part 2: The next section of the training will address starting to communicate, social communication, how to be encouraging, listening skills and apologizing when you are wrong. We will also look at supporting communication and communicating to be heard. Part 3: The final section of the training will address the five components of communication including, posture, distance, eye contact, facial expressions, and tone.
