Summary
This training is designed to be delivered by an agency director as an in-service in a large or small group. Participants will discuss reasons to conduct surveys, things they might want to learn from parents, and how to frame questions to be sure the survey results are actionable. There will also be discussion about creating anonymity to encourage honest feedback. Participants will create three survey questions with answer options of based 1. (disagree), 2. (neutral), or 3. (agree). The questions will be developed to address a real agency concern or gather information needed to improve service delivery.
