Designed for individuals who provide direct classroom support to teachers, this session introduces participants to the 2nd Edition Coaching to Fidelity and The Fidelity Checklist for Administrators or the new Coaching to Fidelity app and corresponding Coaching to Fidelity Checklist for Teachers, resources that enable the measurement of teachers' fidelity of implementation of The Creative Curriculum® and provide actionable suggestions to support teachers' instructional practices. During the session, participants will identify the characteristics of fidelity, examine strategies for observing teachers using a strengths-based lens, and learn how to engage teachers in ongoing coaching cycles. Programs using the Coaching to Fidelity app will learn how to navigate the digital resource and leverage the tool during each component of the coaching cycle.
