This interactive session is designed specifically for instructional coaches seeking to deepen and internalize their use of reflective practice to build and sustain strong foundations for Professional Learning Community growth. Participants will explore various types of reflection, learn when and how to apply them effectively in their coaching work, and gain strategies for supporting teachers in doing the same. Together, we’ll define and examine foundational reflective practices and consider how to cultivate a school culture where reflection becomes a consistent, shared tool for continuous growth in both coaching and teaching. Coaches will also consider how data can inform and support meaningful reflection at every level.
